Q: How do I know which size will fit me best?

A: Our collection fits true to size. See the size chart at the bottom of this page to order the size that works best for you.


Q: Is every garment available in every size?

A: Magill garments come in whole sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL). Magill/vintage garments are one-of-a-kind pieces constructed from original vintage clothing. Magill/vintage garments are only available in the size listed.


Q: How long will it take for my garment to arrive?

A: Magill garments generally will be shipped within 1 week of purchase, however due to the hand-made nature of our product some items may take longer to ship. Magill/vintage orders will be shipped within 48 hours. In certain instances and around holidays there may be a delay in delivery.  If you require expedited production, please reach via our contact page and we will see what can be done. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.


Q: The item I want says it’s Sold Out. When will it become available again?

A: We do our best to re-stock popular items, however given material availability certain pieces may not return once they have been sold out. New and returning styles will go live at the start of each month, check back for new pieces that may become available. You can also send us a note via our contact page with the style and size you are interested in and we will see what is possible.

Q: How can I return or exchange my order?

A: To receive a refund the product must be returned unworn and without any damages within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. If you require an exchange for a different size, please reach out via our contact page.

Q: How long will it take to process an exchange or return?

A: Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and completed. We will notify you by email when your package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We want our customers to have the best experience possible so we offer free shipping on all orders. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us via our contact page so we can estimate the cost of rush shipping. 

Q: Do you accept orders from international customers?

A: Yes, we accept credit cards or Paypal for international orders. We offer a flat rate of $12.99 shipping to our international customers via USPS Regular Mail.  Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping time may vary by country.
