Shipping

Standard ground shipping is free for orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a $7 ground shipping fee.

If you would like expedited shipping (first class priority mail), you can select this at check-out. PLEASE NOTE: expedited shipping does not mean rush production. The standard production time for custom items is 2-3 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected. Expedited shipping means faster shipping ONCE your order has been completed.

Custom items will ship within 2-3 weeks of order date. Non-custom items will be shipped within 2 business days. 

International: International shipping is available. Shipping rates for international orders may vary and will be calculated at checkout. 

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 2-3 weeks. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 4 business days.

Return Policy

Standard Items (non-custom): To receive a refund for a standard item (non-custom) the product must be returned unworn and unwashed and without any damages within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like another size you will need to return your previously purchased item and place an order for the new size you would like. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and completed. We will notify you by email when your package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

We do not accept returns on custom-made items unless there is a defect or error in the production. Mistakes made by the customer when ordering are not considered a defect or error in production.

Return Process

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! Mistakes made by the customer when ordering are not considered a defect or error in production. 

Lost Items

Magill is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. 

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the customer will be required to submit photographic evidence of the damage that was incurred. Return or replacement will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the damage that has taken place.

Wrong Size is Ordered 

Standard Items (non-custom): If the wrong size is ordered for a Standard Item, the customer may return the item for a refund as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in new condition. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like another size you will need to return your previously purchased item and place an order for the new size you would like.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

Item Shrinks/Colors Bleed After Washing

Care instructions are included within the product listing for each Magill item as well as on a physical hangtag and on a card card with each order. We recommend washing our items by hand with cold water and laying flat to dry to prevent shrinkage, staining and damage. We do not accept returns or make refunds for failure to follow the prescribed care instructions for our products.
